Would you and your dog like to help us test some of our products?
At Your Happy Dog, we want to offer products that are genuinely useful, enjoyable and practical for dogs and their owners. Our product testing programme gives selected customers the opportunity to try products and tell us what they really think.
How Does the Product Testing Programme Work?
From time to time, we select suitable testers for products from our range. This could include dog toys, walking accessories, training products, travel accessories and other items.
If you are selected, we will send you the product free of charge for you to test and keep.
In return, we ask you to use the product with your dog and provide us with an honest review. We want to hear both the good and the bad. Genuine feedback helps us understand which products work well and gives other dog owners useful information when deciding what to buy.
Who Can Apply?
Any dog owner can apply to become a product tester. When you contact us, please tell us a little about:
- Your dog or dogs
- Their breed or type
- Their age
- The types of products you would be interested in testing
This information helps us match products with suitable dogs. For example, a toy designed for a large dog may not be suitable for a very small breed, while some training or walking products may be particularly suited to certain dogs.
What Do We Ask From Our Testers?
If selected, all we ask is that you properly try the product and provide a genuine review afterwards.
Your review doesn't have to say that the product is perfect. We value honest feedback. Tell us what you liked, what your dog liked and anything you think could be improved.
Where appropriate, we may also ask whether you would be happy to provide a photograph of your dog using the product.
Products Are Free to Selected Testers
There is no charge for the product if you are selected for a test. The product will be supplied to you for testing and you can keep it afterwards.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive a product. Testers are selected according to the products we have available and the type, size and needs of the dogs best suited to testing them.
